Some Upper Makefield Roads Remain Closed Following Storms

Several roads in Upper Makefield remained closed Thursday evening due to damage from the previous night’s storm.

According to police, Woodhill and Thompson Mill roads reopened in time for the Thursday evening commute.

Eagle Road on the mountain and Pineville Road west of Thompson Mill Road remained closed as of early evening, police said.

According to PECO, some power outages remained in the township as of 5 p.m.

PECO and Asplundh crews were reported to be working in the township to repair storm damage.
