The Friends of Washington Crossing Park are holding a photo contest during the month of April.
The contest will allow for photos of any of the buildings, statutes, monuments, or other structures at the historic park in Upper Makefield.
“An independent panel of judges will select the top 10 photos out of all the entries. These 10 photos will be displayed in the park’s Visitor Center starting in May and also posted on the park’s Facebook page. The photographer whose photo earns the most ‘likes’ on Facebook will win a $50 gift certificate to the Washington Crossing Inn and be named ‘Best of Show,'” according to a press release.
Photo submissions can be sent in through a form at washingtoncrossingpark.org/events/parkitecture between April 1 and 30.
Organizers note those submitting images allows the Friends of Washington Crossing Park to repurpose and distribute the photo for promotional purposes.
