The local traffic committee wants you to slow down for Newtown.

The Newtown Borough Traffic Committee, in an effort to promote pedestrian safety, will host a pedestrian safety event this Saturday, June 4 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.. The event will allow the local community to pick up coupons from local participating shops and enter a raffle. The event will be held at the borough hall at 23 North State Street.
