According to police, Christina Vitucci, 38, of Falls Township, has made contact with them shortly before 10 a.m. She told authorities is safe and in Trenton.

Police said they will be sending an investigator to speak with her.

Police are looking to the public for help locating a woman who disappeared early Sunday morning.

Christina Vitucci, 38, of Falls Township, was last heard from around 2:50 a.m. as she was leaving Newtown Township to head to her home in Fairless Hills, police said.

Falls Detective Sgt. Chris Clark said the final conversation Vitucci had with a friend did not indicate any trouble and led the person to become concerned when she never made it home. As of Sunday evening, her phone was no long powered on, he added.

Vitucci drives a 2008 silver Nissan Rouge with Pennsylvania license plate GYP-5808.
