Nearby Gas Station Sells Winning Lottery Ticket

A lottery ticket worth $225,000 was sold in nearby Northampton.

Pennsylvania Lottery said Tuesday morning that a $450,000 Cash 5 jackpot was sold Sunday. The winning will be spit ($225,000) between a ticket sold at the Speedway at 1008 Second Street Pike in Northampton’s Richboro section and a ticket sold at the Turkey Hill in Boyertown, Berks County.

The winning tickets correctly matched all five balls. The winning numbers are: 08-12-15-17-29.

The winners will have one year from the date of the drawing to validate and claim their prize.

The Speedway will received a $500 selling bonus.

During the 2014-2015 fiscal year, Bucks County stores sold winning tickets worth $70 million.
