A rally to “respectfully and peacefully” voice concerns to Republican Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick is planned for Friday afternoon.
Organizers of the rally said it is scheduled for 2 p.m. outside the congressman’s office in the multi-story building at the corner of Langhorne-Newtown Road and the Newtown Bypass in Middletown.
Those who are concerned about the possible repeal or replacement of the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) and potential cuts to social programs including Medicare and Social Security are invited to the rally.
Similar rallies were held several times during former Congressman Mike Fitzpatrick’s terms outside the same office.
