Newtown Township police are looking to identify a woman who allegedly purchased thousands of dollars in merchandise in someone else’s name.

Police said the woman walked into the Sprint store in Middletown’s Oxford Valley Mall around 3 p.m. on March 11 carrying a brown bag and fraudulently purchased over $5,200 worth of goods.

The woman provided store employees a fake ID with a Wrightstown resident’s identity.

The items, according to police, were billed to the Wrightstown resident’s Sprint account.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police via CrimeWatch.
