Police Seek Tips In Road Rage Assault

Newtown Township police said an assault happened last Friday during a road rage incident near the Newtown Bypass.

The incident happened around 4:50 p.m. on Richboro Road near the Newtown Bypass. The female driver of an older brown Toyota Camry allegedly assaulted the driver of a white Acura, police said.

The suspect who drove the Camry allegedly was a Hispanic female with long, light brown hair. She was in her late 20s or early 30s and wore a small white shirt and blue jeans.

The road rage incident allegedly began on Almshouse Road in Northampton.
