A man allegedly walked out of a Newtown Township store with an expensive vacuum he didn’t pay for.

Police said the incident happened last Thursday around 4:30 p.m. when they were called for a retail theft at the Bed Bath and Beyond on West Road.

Two men in their 40s walked in the store and one of the men left without paying for a $449.99 Shark Ionflex vacuum, police said.

The men left the shopping center in a white Buick that had a Pennsylvania tag, rear spoiler and tinted rear window that contained stickers.

Anyone with information on the case is asked to contact police via CrimeWatch.
