Thursday’s snowfall dumped about 5 inches in Lower Bucks County.
The National Weather Service’s Mt. Holly, New Jersey, field office released snow totals on Friday. The local totals come from three measurements all taken in the Langhorne area.
A train spotter in Langhorne measured 5.2 inches, another spotter a mile away counted 4.5 inches, and a meteorologist measured 4.6 inches 3 miles away from the community.
In Central Bucks County, there was a report of 4.9 inches and a National Weather Service employee measured 5.5 inches in Hilltown in Upper Bucks County.
