Car Slams Through Front Of 7-Eleven

A car smashed through the front windows of the 7-Eleven at South Sycamore Street and Richboro Road in Newtown Township late Tuesday morning.

The car ended up in the front of the convenience store at 11:20 a.m. after it was involved in a collision with another car in the parking lot, police said.

There were no major injuries and three people were taken to the hospital for evaluation, police said.

The structural integrity of the building was being examined.

Police, firefighters, and the Newtown Ambulance Squad all responded to the scene.
