Due to extreme cold, the Council Rock School District will open three hours late on Thursday.
The morning kindergarten classes are cancelled due to the delayed opening.
The school district said the wind chill is forecasted to be -23 degrees at 6 a.m. and -12 degrees at 9 a.m.
