10 Older Bucks Countians With COVID-19 Die On Friday

An additional 10 people with COVID-19 died on Friday.

Bucks County officials said four men – ages 73, 84, 84, and 87 – and six women – ages 69, 77, 77, 85, 87, and 89 – with underlying health conditions died.

A total of 77 Bucks Countians have died of COVID-19.

One hundred forty residents were in county hospitals and 25 of them were on ventilators in critical condition as of Friday night.

Of the 143 new COVID-19 cases on Friday, 90 of the cases were health care workers or residents in longterm care facilities, according to Bucks County Health Department Director Dr. David Damsker.

As many as 340 residents have recovered from COVID-19.
