Juvenile To Be Charged After Newtown Twp. Stabbing

Juvenile to be charged in what police are calling a domestic-related incident.

Newtown Township police are investigating a stabbing that happened late Friday night.

The stabbing at a residence on Princess Lane is believed to be domestic-related, and a juvenile is expected to be charged Saturday, Newtown Township police Capt. Jason Harris said.

The injuries to the person stabbed are not considered life-threatening.

Police activity on Princess Lane continued into the early hours of Saturday.

“It is very early in the investigation,” Harris said.

“There is not nor was there ever a threat to the community,” he stated.
