The popular Green Parrot Restaurant and Pub on North Sycamore Street in Newtown Township has temporarily closed.
According to online posts by the eatery, a burst water pipe has forced Green Parrot to close. The pipe reportedly burst on Sunday.
“Thank you to our staff and patrons for your support. We are looking forward to getting back up and running!” a Facebook post said.
A call placed Wednesday afternoon to the restaurant and pub led to a recorded message about the closure.
