The BuxMont Coalition for Peace Action will be hosting a candlelight vigil Wednesday evening in Langhorne in honor of those killed in the violent Orlando attack on Sunday morning.

The event will take place at the corner of Pine Street and Maple Avenue in Langhorne, in front of the Mayor’s Playground, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on June 15.

The public is encouraged to come to the vigil for however long they can, in an effort to “stand together for the victims of this horrendous hate crime,” said officials.

Those who attend are also encouraged to bring their own supportive sign.

The event is co-sponsored by Bucks Aganist Gun Violence, Bucks Safe, The Peace Center and The Zubaida Foundation.
