The National Weather Service is calling for a light northern wind and a high near 60 degrees during the day. For trick-or-treating, the forecast calls for clear night skies, a light northeast wind and temperatures bottoming out at around 37 degrees.
Overall, Halloween looks likes nice weather. Not too cold and dry for youngsters looking to snag some candy.
