Traffic in the northbound and southbound lanes of I-95 was brought to a crawl Friday afternoon.
Highway traffic was slowing down and coming to a crawl between the Route 1 exit and the Newtown exit. PennDOT traffic cameras appeared to show an overturned truck on northbound I-95 approaching the Newtown exit in Lower Makefield. As of 3:25 p.m., a tow truck crew was on the scene along with Pennsylvania State Police.
