Visit Bucks County Recognizes ‘Faces Of Travel’

As part of Visit Bucks County (VBC)’s weeklong celebration for National Travel and Tourism Week, May 7-13, the tourism office recognized four individuals and one organization with awards. Winners were nominated by their peers in the local travel industry. These deserving “Faces of Travel” were surprised with pop-up parties on May 8^th, 9^th, and 11^th.

This year’s ‘Travel & Tourism Week’ award winners are:

1. Guest Excellence Award: Jeanne Schmalz, Golden Plough Inn
2. Hospitality Leadership Award: Bea Briggs, Bridgeton House on the Delaware
3. Rising Star Award: Bryan Kilmberg, Sesame Place
4. Dedicated Tourism Partner Award: Christine Triantos, James A. Michener Art Museum
5. Community Service Award: Bowman’s Hill Wildflower Preserve
