Washington Crossing Historic Park will be hosting their Christmas crossing rehearsal this Sunday.
The event will be held at the Upper Makefield state park from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with the actual crossing rehearsal at 1 p.m. There will be colonial-era activities and demonstrations throughout the historic village.
The cost is $8 for adults, $4 for children age five to 11, and free for those under five. The family rate is $20 for two adults and two kids. The proceeds will benefit programs at the park.
The annual Christmas Day crossing will take place on the holiday from noon to 3 p.m. and is free for the public.
Crossings are contingent on water levels and other weather factors.
