E-Waste Recycling Event Set For Saturday


electronic-recyclingA Bucks County recycling company is working with the Council Rock School District to host an electronic waste recycling event this weekend.

The recycling event will be held Saturday, April 9 from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. outside Council Rock High School South at 2002 Rock Way in Northampton.

The event will allow residents to dispose of cell phones, computers, laptops, TVs, radios, wires, cables and other household electronic waste items in a safe and legal way. Items with freon, like air conditioners or refrigerators, will not be accepted. A $25 cash-only fee will charged for televisions and monitors that aren’t LCD or LEDs.
