Accidents Happen: Local Shop Ensures Best Repairs

Accidents happen, and when your vehicle is damaged, you want the best work done at an affordable price.

Rob’s Automotive and Collision Center on Veterans Highway in Bristol Township has gained a reputation over nearly 40 years for their top-notch repair work and customer service.

Aside from having all the tools needed to complete the job – big or small – the collision center technicians are highly trained and certified, founder and owner Robert Leipziger said.

Rob’s Automotive and Collision Center proudly boasts their certifications with close to two dozen car manufacturers. From the big Detroit auto makers to high-end luxury brands and everything between, Rob’s Automotive and Collision Center has the credentials to back up their fast, affordable, and quality work.

“We’re proud of what we can do,” Leipziger said.

A list of certifications that the shop holds from manufacturers:

The technicians that work on every vehicle that enters the shop are I-CAR Gold Class Collision and ASE Master Status certified. In addition to their training with individual vehicle manufacturers, explained Ed LeVan, who manages the collision center shop.

Ed LeVan, manager of the collision center repair shop.

“These certifications aren’t easy to get. They take a lot of work and require the type of work to become more a lifestyle for the technicians than just a job,” he said.

The certifications mean that Rob’s Automotive and Collision Center makes repairs using parts and equipment that comes directly from the vehicle manufacturer, which avoids any problems that can come along with third-party parts.

One of the bonuses of working with Rob’s Automotive and Collision Center is their established relationships with vehicle manufactures and insurance companies.

LeVan said the affiliations, good reputation, and highly-trained technicians make the repair process smooth for customers.

“Our guys can handle anything,” he said.

A walk-through of the well-maintained and busy collision center featured work stations and various ongoing projects being undertaken by technicians throughout the large space on Veterans Highway. Some repairs were simple and others clearly complex.

Inside a clean room, a technician applied a fresh coat of paint to an SUV that had recently repaired. The technician carefully suited up, placed protective plastic on the vehicle, and begin applying the paint with care.

LeVan said a dedication to craft flows through all the staff at the large facility that can handled numerous jobs at once.

To show off their many awards and certifications, the lobby of the collision center has its walls dotted with plaques from insurance companies and vehicle manufactures.

Rob’s Automotive and Collision Center doesn’t just pride themselves on making cars look like new, but also on top-notch customer service. They strive to treat each customer in a courteous way, a tradition that hearkens back to Leipziger starting the business at a family home nearly four decades ago.

The collision center offers free estimates. Walk-ins are certainly welcome.
