The fourth case was an adult who traveled to Spain recently.

The adult began showing symptoms once he returned and tested positive for on Sunday.

“This is our fourth case, and once again it is connected to out-of-state or out-of-country exposure,” Bucks County Health Director Dr. David Damsker said, “so again it is not a matter of community spread. We know that they didn’t get the virus in Bucks County.”
