Families and children participated in the Newtown Halloween Parade on State Street Saturday.
The Council Rock North Marching Band led the parade, which began at the Stocking Works, proceeded down South State Street, turned onto Greene Street, and concluded at Officer Brian Gregg Memorial Park.
