The annual Newtown Memorial Day Parade reminded those who lined its route of the Americans who have died serving the country.
The parade started at Newtown Commons West on Newtown-Yardley Road in Newtown Township and went along Washington Avenue. A ceremony was held at the Newtown Cemetery. Following the ceremony, the parade went into Newtown Borough and conclude at the Newtown Legion Morell Smith Post 440 on Linden Avenue.
