Bucks County can ready for a fresh blanket of snow as a storm is forecast to sweep through the region Sunday night into Monday, according to the National Weather Service.

After a light dusting on Friday evening, meteorologists predict a snowfall with accumulations of 2 to 4 inches for the area, which could impact morning commute on Monday.

The storm is expected to clear by Monday afternoon, but not without leaving behind gusty winds that could reach up to 30 mph.

While a Winter Storm Watch has been issued for nearby areas, including Philadelphia and parts of Montgomery County, Bucks County remains absent from the watch list as of Saturday morning.

The bulk of the snow is forecasted to fall south of Philadelphia.

There has been speculation for days on social media about the storm and how much of an impact it will have in the region.
