Cops: Men Went On Spending Spree With Fraudulently Obtained Credit Card

A fraud investigation by Upper Makefield police has led to a request for help from the public.

Police say a USAA Bank Visa credit card was fraudulently used last Wednesday at multiple locations in the Philadelphia area. Fraudulent purchases were made to the account at the Sunoco gas station on Veterans Highway (Route 413) in Bristol Township, Little Caesar’s Pizza on Welsh Road in Philadelphia, AAA Distributors on Grant Avenue in Philadelphia and at a Getty gas station in the city.

According to police, two subjects were caught on surveillance video making fraudulent purchases on the Visa card. The men used a white Toyota Tacoma pickup truck with a tool box and external fuel tank located in the bed of the vehicle to purchase laminate flooring at at AAA Distributors.

“Help us capture these criminals so that we can put an end to their crime spree,” police said in a Facebook post.
