Police Log: DUI, Mailbox Smashed & More

June 13

Vandalism

At approximately 6:45 a.m., a resident of Diamond Drive reported that her vehicle was vandalized sometime overnight. The responding officer observed damage to the rear antenna, the driver’s side mirror and driver’s side wiper arm were torn off. The officer spoke with some surrounding neighbors, but was unable to locate a witness or any suspects.

June 19

Vandalism

At approximately 8:30 a.m., police received a phone call from a resident of the 1100 block of Wrightstown Road who reported that their mailbox had been smashed overnight.

June 24

DUI

At approximately 12:30 a.m., police stopped a vehicle in the area of the Newtown Bypass and Penns Trail. The driver, identified as 57-year-old Michael Fiduccia of Wayne, New Jersey was given field sobriety tests.  At the conclusion of those tests, he was placed under arrest for the suspicion of driving under the influence. Charges are pending the results of the lab reports.
