Here is a roundup of what is open and closed on the Fourth of July:

Closed:

  • State offices
  • School district offices
  • County offices
  • State offices
  • District courts
  • State stores
  • Post offices/mail delivery
  • Banks
  • Local government offices

Open:

  • Some retail stores
  • Most supermarkets will be open
  • Most restaurants and bars
  • SEPTA will run on a Sunday schedule
  • Convenience stores
