Northampton police said the man was found around 10:15 p.m. Sunday.
He was taken to the hospital for evaluation.

A missing older man with Alzheimer’s disease was reported missing Sunday in the area near Tyler State Park.
The man, whose name is George, was last reported being spotted around 2:30 p.m. He was most recently seen at a residence off Newtown-Richboro Road and Spring Garden Mill Drive near the state park in Northampton, police said.

Officers asked anyone in the area of Newtown Crossing or Tyler State Park to take a minute to check their home and property for the missing man.
