Traffic on the Newtown Bypass in the area of Newtown Gate Drive was down to one lane in each direction Monday morning.
Newtown Township police said a tractor-trailer crash in the area was causing the traffic trouble.
As of 10:45 a.m., the Bypass remained down to a single lane in each direction.
