Amtrak Signal Issues Cause Delays For Wednesday SEPTA Commute

Amtrak signal issues caused problems for SEPTA commuters Wednesday morning.

SEPTA officials said the problems started at 7 a.m. and were resolved around 8 a.m., but they left behind delays of 30 to 40 minutes on Regional Rail lines.
