Showers and thunderstorms are predicted to start the holiday weekend.
Forecasters from the National Weather Service called for showers and thunderstorms across the region Friday afternoon and late in the night.
The Flash Flood Watch covers Bucks County and will be active from 2 p.m. Friday until Saturday morning.
The first cluster of showers and thunderstorms are expected Friday afternoon with more moving through overnight. The storm could dump as much as 1 to 3 inches of rain, which could cause localized flash flooding.
There will be a chance of showers on both Saturday and Sunday. The high temperature will be around 70 on Saturday and roughly 65 on Sunday.
