In place of fugitives who have been apprehended, Pennsylvania State Police troopers have issued their updated list of the state’s Ten Most Wanted.

The Ten Most Wanted list of the state police now includes three additional suspects. Jordan Alexander Allen is wanted for aggravated assault with a firearm, Samuel Irizarry is wanted for attempted homicide, and Rakeem Markell Jones is wanted for attempted homicide, troopers said.

The seriousness of the offense and the availability of suspect information are taken into consideration when choosing fugitives for the Ten Most Wanted list, troopers said.

“The Pennsylvania State Police and its federal and local law enforcement partners are committed to enhancing public safety by getting dangerous fugitives off the streets,” said Major George Bivens, the acting deputy commissioner of operations for the state police. “We ask anyone with information concerning the whereabouts of any wanted individual to come forward and provide a tip to law enforcement.”

Tips from the public can be submitted through the Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers website or by dialing 1-800-4-PA-TIPS. All tips to Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers are anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward.

Based on a tip provided to Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers, one of the former top fugitives was captured. The informant received a $5,000 reward.
