April 3

Theft From Vehicle

At approximately 9:48 a.m., police received the report of a theft from an unlocked vehicle on Bennington Place.  The victim reported that his dash camera had been removed at some point after parking their vehicle the night before.

April 7

Crash

At approximately 11:49 a.m., police responded to the 900 block of Swamp Road for a report of a vehicle and dump truck collision. Both occupants of the vehicle were critically injured, and the operator of the truck received moderate injuries. All were transported to St. Mary’s Hospital by medical personnel. Newtown crash investigators processed the crash scene, and Swamp Road remained closed until the truck could be relocated. 

Assault

At approximately 4:15 pm police were dispatched to a Wrightstown Township residence for the report of a disturbance. As a result of the investigation, one male subject was charged with simple assault, resisting arrest, and harassment.

April 8

Burglary

At approximately 7:45 pm police were dispatched to Hortulus Farm Garden and Nursery for the report of a burglary. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
