September 1

DUI Detail

Police conducted roving DUI and impaired driving details over the course of the holiday weekend. During the details, fifteen vehicles were investigated, resulting in no arrests, two traffic citations, and thirteen warnings for traffic violations.

September 3

DUI Crash

At approximately 10:30 p.m., police were dispatched to the area of Swamp Road and Neshaminy Avenue in Wrightstown Township for the report of a single-vehicle traffic accident. Upon contact with the operator, the officer detected the odor of alcohol. The operator was unable to perform field sobriety tests satisfactorily and was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence. Charges are pending blood evidence results.

September 4

Retail Theft

Police were dispatched to Lululemon around 11:30 a.m. for the report of a retail theft. The total value of loss was $1,576, and the investigation is ongoing at this time.

September 9

Retail Theft

Police were dispatched to Acme around 2:45 pm for the report of a retail theft. The manager was able to stop the female subject, recovered the items, valued around $25, and declined to press charges. The subject was advised not to return to the store.
