Newtown Man Facing Charges After Alleged Indecent Exposure At Store

A 28-year-old Newtown Township man was charged with indecent exposure and other offenses.

A man was arrested and charged after an incident of indecent exposure was captured on the surveillance system at a Target store located on East Lincoln Highway in Middletown Township, according to police.

On Tuesday, October 3, the Middletown Township police were alerted to the incident which took place in the women’s department the previous day, Monday, at approximately 5:30 p.m.

After an investigation, investigators were able to identify a suspect.

The suspect was located and brought in for questioning, according to authorities.

During the interview, the suspect – identified as Brian Alexander, 28, of Newtown Township – confessed to the offenses. Alexander provided a written statement, police said.

Alexander has been charged via summons with indecent exposure, open lewdness, and criminal mischief.
