The Newtown Business Association (NBA) is set to host its NBA Expo 2024 on Tuesday, April 30.
The event will take place at the Rafters Venue at 101 Friends Lane in Newtown Township from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
This year’s event is under the direction of co-chairs Craig Turet, of Curtin and Heefner and Victoria Davis, of Univest Bank.
“The NBA Expo is a cherished annual event that embodies the spirit of Newtown,” said Craig Turet, longtime NBA board member and NBA Expo co-chair. “Our community is known for coming together to support local businesses and for fostering meaningful connections. This year, attendees can explore offerings from over 50 local service providers, restaurants, and businesses, all under one roof at Rafters Venue in Newtown!”
A highlight of the event is the diverse culinary showcase featuring some of Newtown’s finest eateries. Attendees will enjoy a range of dishes from The Borsht Belt, Piccolo Trattoria, and Playa Bowls, among others. Local favorites like Newtown Bagel and home food services like Passanante’s will also be participating, organizers said.
In addition to sampling exceptional food, attendees can participate in a raffle with prizes that include gift certificates and exclusive offers from participating businesses.
“The NBA Expo is more than just an event, it’s a celebration of everything that makes Newtown special: Our vibrant small business community, our shared sense of camaraderie, and our love for great food and drinks,” co-chair Victoria Davis said.
