NEARBY: Cops Search For Missing Autistic Man

Police are asking for help from the public.

Lower Makefield Township police continued their search for a missing autistic man on Sunday.

Wayne Rasheed Morris disappeared from his home last week, police said.

Morris, 20, is described as an African-American male, 6-foot-4, and weighing approximately 260 pounds.

Police are concerned for his well-being, stating he may be at special risk of harm or injury, or may be experiencing confusion.

The search effort has included the use of trained dogs checking the immediate and wooded areas around where Morris was last seen.

“We are concerned about frigid temperatures and need your help,” a police spokesperson said.

Missing posters were spotted at the Oxford Valley Mall as shoppers came and went on Sunday.

The Lower Makefield Township Police Department urges anyone with information on Morris’s whereabouts to contact them immediately at 215-493-4011 or by calling 9-1-1.
