A driver was taken to the hospital after a Wednesday morning crash involving a dump truck.
The crash happened just before 6 a.m. at the intersection Penns Trail and the Newtown Bypass in Newtown Township.
Police Capt. Jason Harris said the driver of an SUV that collided with a dump truck was taken to St. Mary Medical Center in an ambulance.
The SUV appeared to have suffered serious damage in the crash.
Harris said crash remains under investigation.
