Firefighters from multiple departments battled a structure fire Wednesday evening along Washington Crossing Road.
The blaze was reported at approximately 7:15 p.m. at a structure that appeared to be an abandoned home on Washington Crossing Road between Georgian Court and Gaucks Lane in Lower Makefield Township. The location is situated near the border with Newtown Township.
Images from the scene showed flames shooting intensely from the structure.
Further details were not immediately available.
Crews responding to the blaze included personnel from the Yardley-Makefield Fire Company, Upper Makefield Fire Company, and Newtown Fire Rescue.
