Due to the winter storm hitting the area on Sunday into Monday, several school districts have announced closures or at-home learning days.
Council Rock School District:
“Council Rock Schools and Offices are closed on Monday, Jan. 26. Monday will be an asynchronous flexible instruction day. Activities and all facilities are canceled for Monday, Jan. 26.”
Middle Bucks Institute of Technology:
“Snow Day
“Due to inclement weather, MBIT will be closed on Monday, January 26. This will be a traditional snow day; no virtual assignments will be given. Stay warm and stay safe.
“Quick reminder
“MBIT will also be closed to students on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, for professional development. Students should not report to MBIT on this day. Please reference the previous communication for details on where students should report at their sending schools.”
Bucks County Community College:
“Due to the impending winter storm, all campuses will be closed on Sunday, Jan. 25 and Monday, Jan. 26. All in-person classes and activities will be canceled. Employees who are able to work from home are expected to do so as directed by their supervisor.”
Delaware Valley University:
“All classes and work will be remote on Monday, January 26.”
Holy Family University – Newtown:
“Holy Family will operate virtually on Monday, January 26.”
