Council Rock, Community College Close Buildings Due To Snow

The snow is causing local impacts.

As a nor’easter strike the region, area schools announced that buildings will be closed on Monday.

Council Rock School District:

“Monday, February 23, will be an asynchronous, flexible instructional day.  In addition, Council Rock facilities and buildings will be closed, and all activities canceled.”

Bucks County Community College:

“Due to the impending winter storm, all campuses will be closed on Monday, Feb. 23. All in-person classes and activities will be canceled. Employees who are able to work from home are expected to do so as directed by their supervisor. For more information, visit: bucks.edu/weather

Middle Bucks Institute of Technology:

“MBIT will be closed for in-person instruction tomorrow, February 23, 2026. We will operate on a Flexible Instruction Day (FID).
