The area’s two state representatives are looking to hold their seats in the November general election.
State Rep. Kristin Marcell, a Republican, is slated to face off against Democrat Monica Weninger in the 178th Legislative District. Both were unopposed in the primary.
The 178th Legislative District is made up Upper Southampton Township, Warwick Township, Wrightstown Township, and part of Northampton Township.
Democratic State Rep. Perry Warren does not have a Republican challenger for the November ballot in the 31 Legislative District.
The 31 Legislative District comprises Newtown Borough, Newtown Township, Lower Makefield Township, and Upper Makefield Township.
