Two separate incidents involving people sleeping in Upper Makefield led to arrests, according to police.
Upper Makefield Township police said officers responded to Eagle Road around 7 a.m. Saturday after a resident reported a vehicle parked at the end of a neighbor’s driveway. The caller also reported seeing a person who appeared to be unconscious on the ground near the car.

The investigation resulted in the driver being arrested for DUI, police said.
The driver was traveling home that morning when they began to feel ill, pulled over, vomited, and then passed out on the ground, police said.
“An Uber would have been a better option,” police wrote on Facebook.
In a separate incident on Saturday, officers discovered a person sleeping inside a vehicle.
Officers said they learned that the person sleeping in the car was wanted by the Philadelphia Police Department for a Protection From Abuse order violation.
The subject was detained by officers and transferred into the custody of Philadelphia police.
