Eyeglass retailer Warby Parker will open its newest storefront Saturday, July 11, at The Village at Newtown.
The location is the New York-based brand’s first brick-and-mortar location in Bucks County.

The upcoming opening at 2834 South Eagle Road is part of the eyewear brand’s ongoing expansion from its roots as an online retailer into a company that now operates more than 330 physical stores.
The Newtown Township location will feature Warby Parker’s complete selection of optical glasses and sunglasses, including its summer 2026 collection, as well as its Kids collection designed for children ages 4 to 8. Additionally, the storefront will offer third-party contact lenses, accessories, and on-site eye exams, a company spokesperson said.
The store’s interior will showcase original artwork by Spanish artist Iker Mar Hernández.
Customers at the new location can use the company’s “Add a Pair and Save” promotion, which offers a 20 percent discount on purchases of two or more pairs of prescription eyeglasses or sunglasses without requiring a promotional code.
During the store’s opening weekend, shoppers will also receive a complimentary gift-with-purchase tote bag while supplies last.
Founded in 2010 by four MBA students at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Warby Parker has shifted its business model so that physical storefronts, rather than online sales, serve as its primary revenue driver.
In its first-quarter financial results, the company reported an 8.3 percent growth in revenue alongside the launch of 14 new stores.
While the new location is the first for Bucks County, Warby Parker already operates storefronts in neighboring Montgomery County and Mercer County.
