Doylestown Township officials confirmed Selby was captured around 12:50 p.m.
Social media posts indicated the arrest happened on the Bucks County and Montgomery County border.

Multiple law enforcement sources confirmed to NewtownPANow.com that escaped prisoner Daniel Selby Jr., 25 was sighted Tuesday morning in Warrington.
An official release from Warrington police said Selby asked for a ride home from a resident in the 2500 block of County Line Road around 8:50 a.m. He did not get a ride and was last seen running into woods toward the Bradford Dam Reservoir and Lower Nike Park.
A police official said officers and sheriff deputies were searching the wooded areas between Street Road and County Line Road in Warrington.
Selby no longer had handcuffs, a source said.
Several Central Bucks School District buildings were locked down due to the police activity.

Selby, who escaped deputies’ custody Sunday night in Doylestown Township, was last reported to be wearing dark jacket, jeans, and boots. He is about six-feet-tall and had facial scruff.
Police said Monday afternoon that they suspected Selby had left the Dolyestown area in a vehicle.
Despite the large search, Selby does not have a violent criminal history in Bucks County. He was picked up Sunday on a bench warrant related to a relatively minor drug case.
Selby is now wanted on escape and related charges.
Selby’s father was arrested Monday evening and charged in aiding in the escape. Since new information that Selby remained in the area Tuesday morning, details on his father’s role have varied.
