Unemployment in Pennsylvania has ticked slightly up.
For September, the unemployment rate was up one-tenth of a percentage point from August to 4 percent, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry.
The national unemployment rate for September declined to 3.5 percent, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
In August, the latest month that data the county is available, the unemployment rate in Bucks County dropped from 4.1 percent to 4 percent.
In Pennsylvania, the largest supersector that saw growth in September was trade, transportation and utilities. The sector added 2,800 jobs.
