PennDOT pipe replacement work will close a road in Wrightstown and Upper Makefield townships next week.
Drivers have been advised that PennDOT will close Wrightstown Road between Highland Road and Washington Crossing Road (Route 532) on Wednesday, December 27 through Friday, December 29 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
PennDOT officials said motorists will be detoured around the work zone.
Drivers have been asked to use Highland Road and Washington Crossing Road as alternatives.
Local access will be maintained up to the work zone.
PennDOT officials warned backups and delays could occur near the work.
The project is weather dependent.
