Fresh off their 40-22 Super Bowl LIX victory over the Kansas City Chiefs, the Philadelphia Eagles will celebrate with a parade Friday.
The big parade will trace the same route as the 2018 championship celebration that drew massive crowds.
The parade kicks off at 11 a.m. at the Sports Complex in South Philadelphia, proceeding north on Broad Street, around City Hall and LOVE Park, and up the Ben Franklin Parkway to the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
Eagles players are expected to arrive at the museum between 12:30 p.m. and 1 p.m., with a ceremony planned from 2 p.m. to 3:15 p.m., according to planners.
What is being called a “pre-parade” of roughly 30 buses transporting special guests will precede the Eagles’ open-air buses.
Organizers said jumbotrons along the route will broadcast the parade and a replay of the Super Bowl victory.
Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker and her team said those looking to drive into the city for the parade will face “significant travel delays” due to widespread road and lane closures.
For fans traveling from Bucks County, SEPTA is offering a special $10 one-day pass that will be available for purchase in person at Regional Rail Sales Offices until Friday.
SEPTA officials said the pass is valid for 10 rides across SEPTA modes and can be used on other days. Bucks County locations selling the passes include stations in Levittown in Tullytown Borough, Cornwells Heights in Bensalem Township, Doylestown Borough, and Warminster Township.
SEPTA will operate a modified schedule the day of the parade, officials said.

The Market-Frankford and Broad Street Lines will be free thanks to Gran Coramino tequila brand owned by Philadelphia native comedian Kevin Hart.
On Friday, service on the Regional Rail lines will run every six to eight minutes starting around 5 a.m. The trains will take revelers to Center City.
The Regional Rail lines will operate on a limited, modified schedule from 4:30 a.m. to 10:50 p.m.
Traditional Regional Rail tickets will not be sold on the day of the parade.
SEPTA buses will be detoured around Broad Street starting Thursday evening.

Those taking Regional Rail can use SEPTA Key, passes, or the special one-day pass. Public transit riders will be various payment methods for buses and trolleys, including cash, SEPTA Key, passes, debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Further details on SEPTA travel information for the parade are available online.
Bucks County police departments are already working to manage crowds at the train stations, and Philadelphia police said they will be ready for all the visitors.
“You’ll see plenty of officers along the parade route, and we ask everyone to celebrate responsibly and look out for one another. Because large crowds and road closures are expected, consider taking public transportation to help reduce traffic and make your day a bit easier,” Philadelphia Police Department Commissioner Kevin Bethel said.
“Our goal is to help people as they hopefully plan in advance of coming into the city for this special Eagles celebration and ensure safety,” said Philadelphia Managing Director Adam Thiel. “Through the City’s ReadyPhiladelphia public information and alert system, people can sign up for free text alerts from the City to keep informed of transit, weather, and public safety info for Friday’s Parade. Text READYEAGLES to 888-777 to sign up.”
The forecast calls for clear skies for Friday after Tuesday and Wednesday’s snowfall.
Sensory-friendly resources will be available for the parade, and fans can text READYEAGLES to 888-777 for parade updates.
The 2018 Eagles parade drew hundreds of thousands of people to Center City.
